As you may well know, Brimfield Antique Flea Markets happens three times a year: May, July and September. Each event has it’s own individual feel.

The May Show (May 9-14), is the first show of the Brimfield 2017 season, and is easily the busiest show of the year.  This is the time that you will find the freshest offers and merchandise from dealers in every field and shop.

The Brimfield 2017 July show (July 11-16). At this time of the summer, you may notice thinner crowds as well as less competition for the rare items available. As one seller experienced, the July heat tends to keep both vendors and buyers at bay. As you can see in the on our site, there are many wonderful restaurants, inns and antique shops that offer an oasis from the summer heat.

For the September show (September 5-10), you’ll encounter larger crowds once again, as the summer heat has subsided. This is the time that you will find many savvy shoppers looking for an end of the season deal.

  1. Would it be possible for there to be a map of each field with vendor spots mapped out? It would be helpful to have something to reference so that you can go back to a vendor you are interested in/tell someone about. I know there is an app but not everyone has a a smartphone.

  2. I have called many times to no answer. How can i get in touch with someone to rent space? Please do not tell me their info is on this website, because i can’t find it. Thanks!

    • Hi Katie,
You need to call one of the field owners directly to rent a booth space. There is a list on the left hand side of our website homepage. You can click any of them and see their direct contact information. This website is used more as a portal for information and to connect people to the show managers.
Sorry that you hadn’t been contacted in the past.
      Jody

  3. We are excited to come to the Brimfield Fair – please let us know how we can find out which fields have beads?

    • There is no central list but if you know which field they were set up on I can refer you to the show owner who is likely to help. Call my number 413-347-9099 and leave a message if you have that info.

  4. It seems to me that some fields are comprised of higher end antique and some are vintage at best. Is there a way to know what to expect from what field versus another. I might like to rent a spot but it would have to be appropriate for my “stuff”.

  5. Can I please have an address to use in Mapquest? Any one of the fields is fine but we would like to head to the Brimfield Barn. Thank you.

    • You can go to Harrington Hospital in Southbridge or Wing Hospital in Palmer. Any serious injury can be assisted by the local ambulance or police to transport you rapidly through the traffic.

    • Yes, there are several. I know of one in Monson MA, Brimfield MA and there may be others. You can also call Heart o the Mart show and see if they have any spots available.
